Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content Creation: Craft diverse, compelling content for social media calendars, ensuring our clients’ platforms are vibrant, engaging, and aligned with their brand voice. This includes generating text, images, videos, infographics, and other creative formats that resonate with target audiences and achieve strategic goals.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to streamline the content creation process, enhance idea generation, analyze data for insights, and optimize performance — keeping our strategies innovative and efficient.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on evolving digital marketing trends, social media algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Apply these insights to keep our clients’ content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop content strategies that align with marketing objectives and ensure social media calendars are thoughtfully planned and executed.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable success and complement overall social media strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to evaluate the performance of social media content, derive insights, and refine strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Team Integration: Partner with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows, efficient content delivery, and timely campaign execution.
- Innovation & Adaptation: Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches to elevate social media content creation and achieve superior engagement results.
Minimum Requirements
- Background in marketing or related field preferred (but relevant experience and skills are equally valued).
- Proficiency with AI tools for content generation, analytics, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek.
- A creative and analytical mindset, capable of generating innovative content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
