Client Success Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and met with excellence.
  • Content Collaboration: Support the creation of content (text, visuals, video) for social media, with guidance from the creative and strategy teams — ensuring alignment with each client’s tone and objectives.
  • AI-Enhanced Support: Use AI tools to assist in content organization, data analysis, and process optimization.
  • Market Insight & Strategy Input:
    Stay informed on digital trends and client industries to contribute relevant ideas and insights to campaigns.
  • Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute digital campaigns that meet client goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to assess content performance and refine strategy.
  • Team Liaison: Act as a connector between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clear expectations, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: A university degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in creating diverse social media content (if available).
  • Client-Centric Approach: Experience or strong interest in client service or account management.
  • Digital Awareness: Understanding of social media platforms and content performance metrics.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp)
  • Team Player: Ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships internally and externally.

Digital Creator

Location: On-site / Hybrid (under specific terms and conditions)

Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

Digital Creator at Webarts combines design skills with creative thinking and content awareness. You’ll work closely with our content and digital marketing executives to create visuals, edit and create short videos, and help shape the final message of each post. You’ll also be expected to apply content awareness to review or help shape captions and on-visual text to ensure clarity, consistency, and client satisfaction.

We work with a defined set of tools including Veed.io, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma, which are part of our daily workflow. While creativity is encouraged, adapting to our existing toolset is essential to ensure consistency, collaboration, and efficiency across the team. The use of AI tools is also an integral part of our creative process and expected in this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital ads
• Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Review and enhance captions and text on visuals to ensure alignment with brand tone and goals
• Collaborate with the content team to deliver unified, high-impact creative
• Use AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway, etc.) to support creative work and ideation
• Stay updated on social media and design trends, and suggest new ideas
• Contribute to the creative direction of content and give constructive feedback when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in digital design or content creation
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong sense of layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation
• Good communication and feedback skills
• Ability to work in both Greek and English language
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to join us! This role will support the Digital Marketing Executives (DMEs) by producing content across social media, blogs, and newsletters in alignment with client strategies and content pillars.
 
The ideal candidate should be able to write and edit content efficiently using AI tools, create engaging social media captions, produce Reels and TikTok videos using a phone, and have basic Figma skills for editing social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation
  • Develop social media posts, including captions, visuals, and hashtags, tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to assist in writing engaging captions and optimizing content.
  • Use Figma to edit templates, replace text/images, and create basic social media graphics (no advanced design required).
  • Ensure all content follows the brand tone of voice and is optimized for engagement.

Video Content (Reels & TikTok)
  • Use a phone to shoot, edit, and optimize Reels and TikTok videos for client accounts.
  • Apply basic video editing using in-app tools or online platforms (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot) without requiring advanced editing software.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to produce relevant and engaging video content.
 
Blog & Newsletter Creation
  • Research and draft blog articles and newsletters using AI tools for content inspiration and structuring.
  • Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality and alignment with client messaging.
  • Ensure blog articles and newsletters support social media efforts and maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
 
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Executives to ensure content meets engagement goals.
  • Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with the in-house Digital Designer when needed.
  • Follow social media best practices and platform trends to improve performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to create and refine content using AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.).
  • Basic writing and editing skills to improve AI-generated content.
  • Proficiency in Figma for basic editing (replacing images, text, etc.).
  • Ability to create Reels and TikToks using a phone and edit with simple tools.
  • Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced agency environment.
